WELCOME - With more than 6 years of experience providing a service to the community.  C BAR 5 will provide your horse with a happy home in a safe, secure & loving environment.  We tend to every detail  to ensure your experience at our facility is top-notch.  Convenient locations, minutes from Interstate 95 C BAR 5 is family owned and operated with 3-generations of family working together to provide a safe and meaningful experience at a fair price.  Our facilities are well organized and situated with beautiful landscapes available to enjoy.  

• WE OFFER FULL CARE BOARDING AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY SERVICE. 

• WE ENJOY INTERACTION WITH OUR CUSTOMER BUT FUNDAMENTALLY RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY...WE ARE HERE TO HELP IF HELP IS NEEDED. 

• WE HAVE A COMMON AREA FOR FOLKS TO HANG OUT AND ENJOY TALL-TALES AND GOOD COMPANY IF SO DESIRED.

• WE HAVE A FITNESS AREA FOR THE BUSY LIFE STYLE OF FOLKS WHO ENJOY STAYING IN SHAPE. 

• RIDING PENS/PASTURES, SMALL PRIVATE RIDING AREAS ETC.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Addition options

  • Can be pre-paid or pay as needed

• Hay feeder is filled either AM or PM during regular feeding times

• Trailer Parking  $25 per month (based on two horse trailer)

• General care / grooming as needed

• Partial or monthly contract available, ask for details  

In order to give you and us piece of mind we offer these simple rules and policies. As we are mindful of everyone's safety and that of your horse following these straight forward rules & policies will give all parties involved gives everyone the best chance for safe fun.

• All Boarders are required to sign a lease with C BAR 5, LLC - No one is to ride unless a release has been signed.

• A waiver will need to be signed be anyone who visits the farm.

• A helmet will be worn at all times while on the property.

• To maintain in effect comprehensive personal liability insurance in the minimum amount of $10,000 to cover all actions of riders and horse. A copy of this insurance policy is required for C BAR 5's permanent file.

• Share Boarding is permitted on a trial basis - Only two horses from the same owner and under certain circumstances. 

• Independent trainers/instructors must have current $1,000,000 A-rated insurance policy filed with and accepted by C BAR 5, LLC in advance of any instruction or lesson

• All equestrian activity is done at your own risk.
  Please Note: Under Virginia law except as provided in s3.1-796.130, an equine activity sponsor or an equine professional shall not be liable for any injury to or death of a participant engaged in an equine activity.
